FAQ

My Grafana is on a private network.

The first version needs your Grafana reachable over HTTPS. Reports render from a fixed IP address that we publish in our docs, so you can allow-list it and keep everything else closed. A small on-prem connector is on the roadmap; tell us if you need it.

What access do you need?

A Grafana service account token with Viewer role. We only read dashboards to render them.

Is this affiliated with Grafana Labs?

No. Dashletter is an independent product that works with Grafana OSS. Grafana is a trademark of Grafana Labs.

How does billing work?

Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record, which takes care of invoices and sales tax worldwide.
